As an FAA-approved Part 135 air carrier, we are proud of upholding an outstanding relationship with the Federal Aviation Administration, as well as the coveted ARG/US Platinum rating for operational safety for 9 consecutive years. This is the highest attainable safety rating in the industry, held less than 5% of all operators.

• Maintenance

We provide airframe and powerplant maintenance for all fixed-wing aircraft and helicopters. With over 75 years of combined maintenance experience, our philosophy is centered around the highest safety and quality standards in the industry.

• Factory Trained Technicians

To ensure the highest level of maintenance and management quality, we employ experts who are OEM-trained in accordance to the manufacturer's standards and syllabus.

• Comprehensive Maintenance Projections

Our experts provide detailed maintenance cost projections and analyses in alignment with our clients' needs and requirements. This ensures accurate budget and maintenance downtime forecasts, both key factors to effectively manage aircraft scheduling and costs.

• FAA Part 135 Conformity

We perform aircraft and records conformity inspections necessary to add an aircraft to our carrier certificate. These include comprehensive aircraft and powerplant inspections for conformity to the Type Certificate (TCDS) and complete conformity analysis of the aircraft permanent maintenance records to ensure compliance with the manufacturer's approved inspection and maintenance programs.

• Pre-Purchase Evaluations and Records Conformity on Pre-Owned Aircraft

Similar to the Part 135 conformity inspection, the pre-purchase inspection ensures that the aircraft you are planning to acquire has been properly maintained througout its history for your peace of mind.

• Aircraft Property Asset, Tax Liability & Assesment Benefit Management

We provide assistance and procedures to our valued clients in determining the best course of action and tax-related benefits associated with an aircraft acquisition, as well as in realizing air charter tax and assessment benefits.

• Minimum Equipment List (MEL) & Management

We create stand-alone, or fleet FAA approved Part 91 and 135 MEL and procedures manuals for all aircraft to ensure maximum dispatch reliability and cost effectiveness.

• Reduced Vertical Separation Minimums (RVSM)

We create stand-alone, or fleet FAA-approved Part 91 and 135 RVSM and International Operations Manuals for all aircraft to ensure maximum operational flexibility and compliance with international operations requirements.

• Aircraft Exterior & Interior Detailing

Our in-house detailers perform complete exterior and interior detailing services utilizing the industry's highest-quality products and equipment to make your jet stand out on the ramp as well as from the inside. This includes: exterior dry wash & polish, paint touch-up, high finish aluminum bright work, upholstery & carpet shampoo, leather conditioning and wood polishing.

We take great pride in managing our fleet of aircraft, ranging from a Cessna Citation to large intercontinental jets, including a Gulfstream IV. With over twenty full-time employees, there are over 195 combined years of experience in aviation, aircraft management, and operations. We ensure that even the smallest details are handled, such as maintaining spotless aircraft. Our customers only get the highest quality of service. Our flight operations department is proud to receive an ARG/US Platinum rating for over 8 consecutive years, the highest safety rating in the industry. Also, we are one of the few approved operators under the International Standards for Business Aviation Operations (IS-BAO).

Training

Our top concern is safety and we have achieved the highest standards of safety and reliability. Our aircrew have four times the experience and training required by the FAA. Crewmembers complete a rigorous initial multi-disciplinary training programs and semi-annual recurrent training. Our experienced pilots and company flight instructors receive professional industry-leading simulator and in-aircraft training. All employees are part of a comprehensive Safety Management System and are dedicated to safety as their primary responsibility. Our processes are constantly scrutinized to make the best even better.

We have developed advanced computer training that accelerates learning and increases information retention. Our advanced crewmember indoctrination training is a model for the aviation community. Crewmembers review current real-world events through computer animations and live training exercises to be at the top of the class. Our friendly, service-oriented pilots and cabin attendants are eager to provide on-time, safe, reliable, and luxurious air transportation to our valuable customers.

Maintenance

Komar Aviation Group's state-of-the-art maintenance facility is located at Long Beach Airport in Southern California. We also provide mobile maintenance operations to aircraft bases across the U.S. and around the world, as well as worldwide maintenance support and project management.

All our aircraft are meticulously maintained by our factory trained technicians and factory service centers. We perform a wide spectrum of routine inspections, maintenance and project management to ensure the highest quality and operational specifications in the industry. Our outstanding customer service and strictest adherence to safety standards are the operational commitments of our maintenance department, and are reflected by the highest safety rating attainable, the ARG/US Platinum certification applying Department of Defense auditing standards.

Once enrolled, our comprehensive Maintenance Management Program will constantly monitor your aircraft's maintenance status and scheduling requirements. We thus can effectively provide the most cost effective solutions to fit your business, personal and charter flight requirements. Our detailed scheduled and unscheduled maintenance cost projections are used closely to integrate with whatever your flight requirements may be. Associations & Certifications

ARGUS – Aviation Research Group US, Inc. / Platinum Rating 

The highest level of ARG/US safety ratings is awarded to those operators who meet the criteria for Silver and Gold, and successfully pass an ARG/US on–site safety audit. The ARG/US audit is a detailed process administered by trained and experienced aviation auditing professionals to evaluate the operator against industry best practice standards. A Platinum rating requires a functioning Safety Management System, and clear and workable Emergency Response Plan, as well as appropriate written standards, implementation, and records for all major aspects of Operations and Maintenance within a flight department or Charter Company.
